I purchased a Certified pre-owned (CPO) BMW SUV car from BMW of Fremont. The dealership markets the CPO cars as having gone through a rigerous 250 point checklist and proudly claim that they test every single bit that needs to be checked to ensure proper customer satisfaction. Fine, I thought and went ahead and purchased the car. Since I was based in Mountain View, I asked about getting the car serviced in Mountain View. I had two services pre-paid. I was told - No Problem, As Mountain View and Fremont dealership are part of the same "Autonation" group it should be okay to take my car to Mountain View dealership when the time came for service. I was handed two car keys and took the car home. I kept one key for myself and my wife took the other key. Next morning she tried to unlock the car and noticed the key doesn't work. She panicked and called me. I went to the car and tried her key, it didn't work. I got mine and tried and that worked. So I called BMW of Fremont and spoke to the sales manager who sold me the car. I asked how could the dealership claim to have 250 point checklist and still miss out the basics?? Why was I given the second key from someone else's car. No answer! I then asked the sales manager to help me get the issue resolved at BMW of Mountain View which was closer to me. He promised to call me back but didn't respond the whole day. Next day I chase again, this time (a Friday) the sales manager responds that he is not working so I should wait for him to get back next week!?! How can a company in this day and age stop responding to customer issues when one individual has a day off- I was shocked by the response! Yet I waited and called again on Monday to resolve the issue. This time, the individual responded by saying "I am not at work today, I will return on Wednesday and that someone will call me to resolve the issue". I was getting stone-walled and the dealership was showing no signs of addressing the issue. I was given two different names of people who would call me - yet there was nobody who reached out. When no one responded to me on Tuesday, I knew I was working with a very non professional organisation. Once they sold me the car, there was no interest in resolving any issues whatesover. I took Wednesday morning off work and drove all the way to the Fremont dealership to speak to customer services who after about an hour of excuses finally fixed the issue. It took me full 4 days from the purchase of a so called "Certified pre-owned" car and cost me half a day off work before I finally got the issue resolved. Frankly, I shudder to think what awaits next or if the car has any issues. I have already stopped a family member from buying a car from BMW of Fremont and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Matthew Richardson and the Director of Service Dana Caldwell helped me through the whole process of the replacement. I was even given a loaner vehicle during a time where loaner vehicles are sparse due to the pandemic and chip shortages. They both were very perceptive of my feelings and situation having my vehicle breakdown. They helped me with warranty redemption and advocated for me with BMW NA in getting a new engine for my vehicle. Hands down the best customer service from Matthew, Dana. And team. 5/5 stars

I drove by this place today and I remember a funny story with this dealership. It was two year ago I was looking for a new car. Hesitating between F82 M4 and c63. I went to this dealership trying to get a quote and a test drive. There were about 10 sales in the hall and no one asked me if i needed any help. So i went to the frontdesk and asked. The person said they would not do test drive unless they were sure i was a dedicated buyer. After giving me this ridiculous answer, no one came to me to help. so I left and got a c63 and i love it. Excuse me? This is a performance car without testdriving it how would i know it is better for me? It is not some Toyota camry (it is a good car dont get me wrong). Or is it bmw fremont so proud that they want only customers obsessed with their cars and dont need test drive? Bmw cars are good but just dont choose this dealership.

I was very upset with the way we treated by the sales manager at this dealership. The behavior of this guy (I think his name is pal or something) is very disturbed. Came here to buy X3. I don’t know what is his opinion, maybe he think that we can’t afford? he is keep on saying it’s expensive, think about it before buying. Our lease term was up so we refinance with BMW. We made an appointment to come in and sign paperwork’s. The salesperson sent us an offer of getting a smog check , detailing and free gas if we came in. We thought it was a great deal. However,we did not received the detailing or free gas. We were told the service staff did not know how to drive a stick that day and to come back the next day. That was concerning to us so we did not return. Pretty disappointed BMW.

We are Subaru people and buying a gas BMW x3 was not our plan but we have two Subarus and wanted to try something different. We just hope the maintenance and post warrantee upkeep doesn't bury us like our Volvos did. The only part of the sale is the grueling the F&I people put you through trying to sell extended warrantees and maintenance plans. We seldom use dealers to service our vehicles after warrantee given a $125 DOLLAR AN HOUR LABOR COST OVER OUR SHOP. We take excellent care of our cars. I sold my Tacoma pickup for $20,000 which is $7000 more than the dealership offered me in trade. Something wrong with that low ball offer for trade. The only Person in the dealership we would do business with was Daniel Jordan. He truly is their best and brightest and so helpful.

I purchased a used Mercedes 2017 GLE from this dealership for my birthday. The used car salesman did not know much about Mercedes so I'm not casting aspersions, but we did not test drive on freeway, did not pop the hood and he did not know much about the features of the car. However, I have not had any issues as the car is in great shape and I am happy with it. I must commend their service department which was outstanding. My rep was Charles and I give Kudos to the mechanic who discovered that knocking feel on the steering wheel was actually an alert for lane intrusion. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars

Had my car serviced last week. The advisor was nice and helpful. They left my car key to front desk at the sales department (closed at 9pm), because I could not pick up my car before the service department was closed at 6pm. However when I got there at about 6:45pm, I found that my car was running in the parking lot. Obviously whoever parked my car after car wash forgot to turn it off. My car was ready at about 3-4pm, likely had been running since then.

Totally disappointed, just for a regular multipoint inspection of the vehicle they took more than 8 Hrs. I've dropped the vehicle at around 07:45am on a weekday expecting the vehicle will get the inspection done in a short span of time and that's what the supervisor promised that it will be done in an hour, but that never happened. After multiple calls and waiting at the service station for almost an hour after 5:30pm I got my vehicle back. The service is not great, they didn't even properly clean the vehicle. Worst thing is that they no more offer a loaner vehicle and I've to waste my time around with the Uber. I felt that I should have not taken my vehicle for the inspection.

The experience of service on my BWM 440I was awesome seamlessly. I called and made an appointment over the phone. As I brought the car in and reaffirmed my entertainment display issue with the customer service in and out less 10 mins. BWM even offered the Uber to drop me back to my work in which less than 3 miles from the dealer. The CS contacted a few hours later for car pick up. The customer service by far as good as its slogans ultimate driving machine!

It is a very uncomfortable position I have been put in, and the majority of my grievance stems from the actions of employee Arian Askarian, whom I would like to lodge a formal complaint against. With no request or permission from me, he took it upon himself to tamper with and work on my car’s engine, despite the fact I only ever brought it in for an oil change and breaks check. Despite me requesting to speak directly to his manager about the matter, he has continued to inundate me with calls and messages threatening ultimatums in regard to my car and the loaner car which have been distressing and counter productive. Essentially, I brought my car in and consented to an oil change and breaks check up, and now my vehicle’s engine has been messed with.

Last Thursday visited the BMW of Fremont to check availability of X3 AWD. I was lucky that they had a car in the inventory which matches my requirements (White Color + Black Interior). Started discussion with sale team on price, they didn’t charge a penny as mark up which all other showrooms in the same street was charging minimum of 1,000$. Also they offered me a discount of 750$ on request even though I don’t qualify for any available promotion. Immediately booked the car, started paperwork for loan, registration etc. Took delivery the next day. Sent my car in for oil change service at 9am, was told will be ready in 2-3 hours, either wait over there or they can offer Uber ride. So decided to Uber to office. Called them back after 5 hours because never received any call from them, the service agent said might be finish by end of the day or tomorrow… ask if I want a loaner car ( when i ask in the morning, they said they don’t have loaner service anymore), then I ask why it take so long, this morning mentioned should be completed within 2-3hours, the most funny replied in life… the 2-3 hours is when the car go into the garage and not when you drop off, they have a very busy schedule and short of resources… this is not acceptable, if you can’t make it, let be honor when people check in or ask for rescheduling, not everyone can waiting for 24hours oil change! Ridiculous service center, not recommending!

Hello, I brought my car in for service to BMW to address a manufacturer's vehicle recall issue. I had last serviced my car back in Nov/Dec of 2021. Since the last service date, I have added less than a few thousand miles on my car. I was told that the recall issue will be addressed by a firmware update. I made it clear to the service advisor that I only wanted the recall issue to be resolved. To my surprise, when I arrived to pick up the car a few hours later, I noticed that the entire steering column switches (menu, phone, voice command, cruise control, volume control etc.) had stopped working!! Ever since I have also been getting a notification that states that the Driver Restraint system malfunctions. I also noticed that the Cruise control malfunction and the airbag indicator light was ON too! The quoted cost was $250/- to diagnose a problem that did NOT exist when I dropped off the car! Need some clarification on how this could have happened? Could it be related to the recall firmware update? Is this covered under vehicle warranty? Expected better clarity on this from the service advisor, rather than me speculating, but did not get that! This has left me with a bad impression about your service team. I am thoroughly disappointed! Did not expect this from BMW! While I am doing due diligence to address the issue in a cost effective manner, I would appreciate a clear, candid response from the BMW service team on this. Thanks,

Porters are always great. Super helpful and friendly. I was able to get an uber roundtrip since I work less than 10 miles from the location. I have always had a great experience here.. except this time around I had a service advisor deny my round trip.. he stated "policy" had changed and they were only offering "one-way". I disclosed that this had never happened to me before and he stated "I will approve this only this time" . I did not understand why this was an issue. However, I will be returning , but this time making sure I do not get the same advisor as I did not appreciate his tone nor service.

I have to drive all the way back out there. 3/25/2022- Had another service done and My rep Nick was great to take care of me. Waited 3 hours for basically an oil change. Felt that was excessive. They knew I was in the waiting area as I had travelled quite a distance to have the service done at this dealership. I had an appointment and was on time for that and told them I had to wait for it. Was very disappointed that they could not do an oil change faster. Will reconsider going there next time.

He did not disclose the vehicle had after market modifications & I’ve reached out to him with a message — Hi kamal, This Jazmin , I’ve recently purchased a Honda Accord coupe from you in the past 3 weeks . Unfortunately I am not pleased with the purchase. The car has aftermarket modifications to it as if the previous own tried to make it faster which just makes it louder and not good on gas . I had a wonderful experience here. I found them through AutoNation. I was helped by Mohamed Kamal. He was very polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He treated me with the utmost kindness and care. I had to come back to test drive and pick up the car due to COVID regulations. It was detailed and sanitized when I returned as promised. There was another part that had to be replaced and Mohamed took care of getting that done. along with including an Uber to get me home and back to the shop. We recently leased a new BMW 330I 2022 model. You need to definitely ask for Alexis gonzalez and Shadi Saod. We loved the entire experience. Our sales guy Alexis Gonzalez was so friendly, nice and did a great job at showing us the cars and we got such a great deal and such a great colour and interior for the car for the best price. The finance team Shadi Saod was very knowledgeable and is so great in securing the best lease protection and insurance deals. One extremely unprofessional dealership. Had the worst experience coming to buy the 2017 Corolla here. I usually never write reviews and have a tendency to take bad experiences as my mistake but this situation made me have to speak up. Please avoid this dealership they will do and say whatever to make you buy a car, run your credit, take your personal info, and then sell it while the car is on hold for you within 24 hours. Do not trust this dealer they're shady. I came in Sunday afternoon to test drive this car and the vehicle had to be jumped not once but TWICE!!! Saleslady promised to charge overnight for me and if not fixed will replace the battery which is good. The upsetting part is i live 1 hour away from this dealer. My credit union was closed Sunday anyways so they PROMISED to hold the car for me until tomorrow morning while I bring cashier check from my credit union. I signed their credit app, gave my driver license, and agree on purchasing Sunday afternoon. I would've bought the car that instant but my credit union offer 2.9% financing while their rate was their rate was 6.9% for a 850 credit score and credit unions are closed Sunday. Was told to bring a cashier check Monday morning...Fast forward it's Monday morning and I get a cashier check from my credit union and I'm on my way to the dealer for me to be told the car is "ACCIDENTELY SOLD" by some miscommunication while I'm 15 minutes away from the dealer. Mind you again this is after running my credit PULLING OUT A LOAN and obtaining a cashiers check from my credit union the next morning to be told its SOLD after I agree to purchase it? All the sale lady did was cry over the phone apologizing it was a mistake by dealer and she didn't sell it. WHY DOES IT MATTER IF YOU SOLD IT OR NOT?? MY CREDIT WAS RAN, I HAVE A PULLED OUT LOAN , SPENT MY WHOLE MORNING THERE, AND ALL YOU OFFER IS A SORRY??? I am still in shock today. I now have a pulled out loan, no car, and a sour taste in my mouth. Will never NEVER NEVER trust this store, and make sure to spread awareness among my peers for this sour situation.

I was not expecting a breakdown/malfunction in the drivetrain in a 2 month old 2022 X5 xdrive40i. It makes me wonder if i will have more issues down the road when i have more miles on the vehicle. I have a 2011 328i which has been more than perfect for 90k miles, so I am used to very high quality products and service from BMW. The Fremont service center is extremely busy and took a week to order parts and get the car fixed and returned. A week without a car can be harsh. Having said that the service was thorough and the service representative went above and beyond to provide updates and guarantee a great experience. The pandemic seems to be a tough time for everyone and I am grateful for the engineering team and the service technicians who worked to resolve the malfunction and test the vehicle after replacing the parts. I will count my blessings and the car drives beautifully for now.

Brought my car for repair due to leaky oil pan gasket. I was pleased with my experience overall but was a bit disappointed by the fact that BMW of Fremont no longer offers loaners to customers. As for the repair, it was covered by my vehicle factory warranty so it was a relief not to have to cover that out of pocket. I own multiple BMW vehicles so I have been coming to this dealership for some time. The place is always clean and most of my visits have been pleasant.

This was a follow-up visit to BMW of Fremont after the first visit was not satisfactory. I had some issue with the paint touch up work and needed to get it re-done. Working with the sales advisor, Mohamed, was straight-forward and I appreciated not getting the hard sales pitch. It did take a while longer than I would have expected for a sales advisor to help me (weren't many other customers in the store and lot's of employees), so I stood around awkwardly in the lobby for several minutes before Mohamed agreed to assist. Still, overall the sales process was smooth. Where I encountered frustration was when I entered the finance room, where there was a rather pushy sales pitch for add-ons that I didn't think I needed. I ended up adding services that I now regret (my faulty not theirs...finance was just doing what they are trained to do). Then, two weeks after purchasing and trading in my previous vehicle, my trade-in is still not paid off and I have no indication as to when it will be.

Not only are prices for some services inexplicably high ($350 for an oil change), and the work not always stellar (e.g. botched wheel alignment resulting in tires lasting 8,000 miles only), but when BMW of Fremont asked if they could reschedule my appointment, I agreed on the condition that I needed a loaner. So I left the dealership without service this morning, after being told "I don't know who you spoke to....", since they didn't appear to have a loaner on hand. Note: Surprised at the higher-than-I-would-expect ratings of this dealership, I understood better after receiving an email from them promising a $100 gift card "for my honest review".

Over the holidays, a metal piece flew to my car wheel, while driving on 880, and ripped my tires leaving the rim damaged as well. It happened very close to the BMW dealer, and I brought my car in. Mohamed really helped with his honesty and straight forward approach. I stopped by the dealership at 5:30pm and he showed me exactly what I wanted after asking what I am looking for... I scheduled to come back the next day but my car was stuck in the shop so he offered to Uber me so I could make it to my appointment. Overall good customer service considering it was the holidays in a pandemic, but still do not feel like I got the full experience or information needed for my car. Will try to go back and get a better runthrough on what my car offers and how to best care for it long term along with a walkthrough on service offerings. They didn't understand how to do an all cash deal at first and were not quick to get that organized, but once it was sorted out they completed the order properly and within the same day.

I dropped off my car on a Thursday morning for change of a flat tire. I was not greeted by any service advisor. I asked for a loaner, but said they were out. But did order Uber to take me home. All day Thursday I was waiting to hear from someone about the status of my car. By 2pm, I was calling, and leaving voicemails. Then I get a call late in the afternoon, around 5pm saying they were too busy to service my car today. Then Friday mornign around 11am, I got a call from a service advisor telling me they serviced my car and did the recall. But he was not sure if the flat tire had been changed. He asked if I wanted the alignment to be done. I said yes and he said he would call me right back and let me know when to expect the car to be done. Then all day, I did not hear from anyone. By 2pm, I was again frantically calling the dealership, no answer, had to leave several messages for someone to call back. Finally, the receptionist called and i explained my situtaion, she tried to get an advisor on the phone but said 2 of them had to go home sick and the director Charles was too busy to take my call. The thing is, my car had been in the dealership for 2 days, someone just needed to spend 2 minutes on the computer to see if my car was ready or not so I can plan to get myself there to pick up the car, if not, then I have to make alternative plans for the next day. I just needed an update, but with no luck all day long. Finally, by 4:30, I had to take Lyft there myself to see what's going hope hoping the car will be ready. Got there right before closing time of 6pm, the car was ready. When I got there, Charles was sitting there, there were no other customers. He said he had a lot of backed-up paperwork and will help as soon as possible, so I waited. I told him I had to take lyft there myself and asked if they would reimburse me. He said no. So I said, if someone had spent a couple of minutes to call me and let me know the car is ready, then you would have paid for my ride there? He said yes. Well all I wanted was for someone to call and let me know that was the case, but no, I waited all day and nothing. I understand that everyone is overwhelmed and short staffed. But for 2 days, I waited, and then had to show up on my own and to be greeted by someone that could careless about my situation because he was tied up with paperwork. He said the next time i return for service, I could remind them that I paid for Lyft and they can give me a discount. Why not just give me a discount this time? Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership again. It has been a very frustrating and infuriating experience.

This dealership really needs to improve on customer service. They should listen to the customers and treat them respectfully. We waited for 5 hours to get our paperwork done after we decided to purchase a car. The manager did not return my texts or calls to deliver my car after couple of days. We felt pretty stressed out the entire time of this transaction. The sales folks have a very lackadaisical attitude and did not make us feel welcome. This dealership had the car we wanted and that is why we went here. Also, they did deliver the car after a lot of requesting, which was a good thing.

I requested to talk to service manager but no response. Finally, the issue is not fully fixed with the lighter in the rear still not working despite being documented in the initial ask. Nonetheless, the car is brand new and still has nice color and aesthetics to it. I was able to test drive but I hope I had the chance to learn more about the more complicated technologies that go with it. Luckily Sohail is very responsive in all my inquiries regarding the car. I ended up trading my old car and they were able to help me get a good price. It took us long time to decide but of course it is a huge decision to make. So I recommend going early so you can have all the time you want and not rush in to a huge decision like this. When we were outside talking to the sales person, I got a quote of my monthly payment for the car. I wish they could have said that was only "base pay" not including all the warranty. I jumped into conclusion that was my monthly payment. When I went inside with actual finance manager, my monthly went up because I had to purchase warranty services. But Shadi was able to explain and help me get a good deal for my warranty and look for other ways to lower my monthly payment. Tip For first time buyers like me, you wont know your actual monthly payment until you talk to the finance manager. I just wished the interest could have been a little more less. I am not good in bargaining but when I consulted some friends who also own BMW, they said I could have asked for even lower because theirs were lower. It's been 5 days since I purchased the car, I think checks and paper works are still being finalized. I am still waiting for all of those, the copy of my warranty, contract and all other paper works that I have signed for, and spare key. I emailed finance manager to confirm if he received everything and to see if everything is well with the transaction, but I still havent heard from him. This is my first car purchase and I totally trusted everyone in BMW Fremont because in this time of pandemic I hope they only want to provide honest and fair service/price to customers. I am also looking forward to getting some free BMW Merchandise as promised because having those items gives me sense of exclusivity. This makes me feel a true BMW owner

I appreciate the ease and friendly staff of BMW of FREMONT. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for services. My service advisor Matthew Richardson is the absolute best. He always has the answer and takes time and care of my service needs for my BMW as if it were his own. That’s awesome and the kind of caring service advice he always provides. BMW if Fremont does excellent work keeping my BMW working perfectly. I came in for new tires after I got a flat from running over a pothole. My service adviser, Nick, was great, supportive, and knowledgeable about my car. And he gave me a great price on four new run flat tires! They fixed a few other items perfectly! I’m never disappointed by the repair service at BMW in Fremont! And for tires the prices are better than Wheel Works or America’s Tires! They also pay for the rental car for a couple of days! Terrific!

We wanted to have our broken windshield at your dealership. We called ahead of time and an associate informed us that they will call and schedule us as soon as a loaner car will be available. After 3 weeks, we never got a call, forcing us to have the windshield replaced by Safelite. We made an appointment for re-calibration but when we arrived for our appointment, they re-scheduled us citing not enough time for them to finish the job. We went back at the re-scheduled appointment only to experience the worst, inhumane, descriminating and insulting event in our lives. Our charges were obviously padded as our adviser, in his fast and deceiving talk kept telling us the "necessary" things that needed to be done. We were shocked to to be charged $900 plus. We bought a BMW to experience the driving experience that the advertisements claim. WE ARE MISTAKEN. We are owners of Mercedes Benz and Lexus cars -these cars have given us the durability, comfort, luxury and service that matches our needs. OUR SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP CONVINCINGLY PROVED TO US THAT BMW IS AN INFERIOR CAR. Our riding experience was even made worse when we were given a loaner car that was not a BMW. We saw that a BMW loaner car was given to a caucasian but not us. We were sent to an Enterprise many miles away wasting our time. The loaner car was dirty and uncomfortable. I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Fremont and had issues with the individual(s) that push the warranties and add-ons and process the financial transactions. We left our interaction with these individuals feeling disrespected, demeaned, and furious. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a fiasco. Our "offense" was wanting to use a personal check for the transaction. We only completed the transaction because of the amount of time we had already waited for the car to arrive, but we resolved to NEVER purchase another vehicle from BMW of Fremont or use their service department even though they are the closest BMW dealership to our house. Any dealership that thinks it appropriate to treat their customers the way we were treated is not a dealership I want to work with in the future.

I made this service appointment for a gas leak concern on Friday 8/20/21 and was given an appointment for 8/22/21 at 11:20am. Upon meeting Mathew, his attitude towards the SULEV warranty on my car was insulting. Probably because it's a 2008 BMW. I'm sure he's a lot more accommodating if you have a newer model and look the part. Keep in mind I had called the dealership prior to my appointment and made sure that they would be able to provide a loaner. When I arrived for my appointment, Mathew informed me about the "new" rule instilled in April regarding loaners.. He informed me that their new loaner protocol states that they cannot give BMW car loaners to those who have a car older than 2016. This was news to my husband and I because we have gotten both our 2008 BMW's serviced there and at the Mountain View location on three separate occasions and received loaners without a problem, even after April. I understand you provide rentals through Enterprise for vehicles older than 2016 however I was not notified about this on the phone prior to the appointment when I asked. Had I known that prior, I would have made sure to have my debit card physically with me and would have accounted for the extra time it takes to get the rental from Enterprise. Long story short, Mathew was rude and unaccommodating. I was not able to get the loaner I was promised on the phone and had to cancel the service altogether. This was such a huge waste of my time not to mention that I had to drive my vehicle back with the gas leak issue which is dangerous. Oh, and I had to take time out of my work day for all of this. I will be sure to ask for Nick if we ever end up bringing our vehicles here again although after the experience we had with Mathew, I doubt it.

I have dealt with this dealership the last 7 months, they’ve had my car in their care at least 5 times and the issue still isn’t fully resolved nor rectified. As I continue to still do low maintenance business with them. I have gotten my car back damaged and even past E. Horrible service

The sales is good and professional. However the finance guy made a lot of troubles to me. We asked him to charge the downpayment in multiple credit cards with specific amounts, but he directly charged the total amount using one of my credit card without letting me know in advance. The amount is over my credit card limit and it caused my credit card closed eventually. All these troubles are because of his recklessness and disrespectfulness.

This is probably the worst dealership in entire country. I purchased a X5 from them and it overheated on second day. They refused to come and pick up the car and I had to tow it at my own cost. I decided to return the vehicle to them and now after two weeks they haven't got my money. The sales manager Andy is bad tempered and has worst customer service.

I had a repairs, that was supposed to cost a couple of thousand dollars to repair. I called & spoke with service dept manager, she informed me entire repair would be fixed under a factory warranty, even though my vehicle was out of new car warranty. Her customer service was over the top!

The customer service was terrible, except for the one friendly, Black woman who greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The text updated I was promised, didn't happen. I had to call for an update. The car wasn't even worked on for the first day it arrived. Horrible experience and probably won't be going back.

We were referred to dealer by Costco Auto Program. Despite all the news about car shortages, inventory was good for X3s. Pricing was pretty straight forward; Costco had already alerted us to mandatory paint protection. Additional add on services were only mentioned after waiting an hour for financing to complete review. All in all, low pressure sales pitch made buying experience much more pleasant!

We went in to look at a X6. We were not greeted by anyone but figured maybe they were all busy. 10 mins later we still didn't greeted by anyone and we didn't see any X6 on the showroom floor or lot. We found one sales rep walking by asked if they had any X6 that we can look at. He kept walking and just said no sold out. Not even a hold on let me find someone to help you. Just straight rude and unprofessional. Do not come here if you want to buy a BMW.

I purchased my car at BMW, Fremont a year ago. Kimberly Morris took over my service needs after a few months of unresponsive service. Kimberly is a busy manager at BMW, Fremont, however she put me in good hands with John Lund. John is great, he’s professional, caring extremely responsive and took care of me every step of the way! Courtney was also very responsive and kind. All of this happened when Gretchen Sprenger, General Manager stepped up to the plate and her promise when I purchased the car that she would make sure my service needs were addressed quickly. There was a loaner waiting for me on arrival. Thanks to Gretchen for her management skills in getting her team to perform with the utmost care and professionalism!

I had an appointment to come test drive a car I had found on edmunds.com and the team was very responsive, nice and helpful the whole way through. I drove 3 cars while there- Winnie was the person who took care of me (and my family) while there- she was knowledgeable, very helpful and very nice/patient. We bought a CPO 5 series and felt great about the whole thing. The finance guy was a little cheesy (?my friend, I?m going to do this for you, cause I like you?), but very good, and fast. My only complaint other than the cheese was that when I walked into the dealership we practically had to mug somebody to start the process. Otherwise outstanding experience (thanks Winnie!)

I recently purchased a new 2021 330i from BMW Fremont through the Costco Auto program. They offered the best pricing when compared other dealers in Bay Area. Jorge Pineda communicated with us by phone/email before our visit to understand what we were looking for and gave us numerous options from the inventory. During our in-store visit, Jorge worked with us to get a good price for trade-in (matched Carmax) and helped us get avail the best rate offered by BMW financing. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience with the dealership and highly recommend it.

Overall great, easy experience. I was pretty surprised by the cost. Why is an oil change $250? I was thinking it would be about $100, I had a $30 off coupon and I was OK with around $70. But $250 seems really high. I tried to find out how much it would cost before I brought my car in but I could not find a service price listing. I guess I know why now. Since my car is no longer on warrenty, I have been having it serviced by an independent shop. Your prices are just too high. The service and people were great, which may contribute to the cost, but really hard to justify.

Took my car in for service on a Saturday morning at 10:40am, with an appointment and was asked to wait. Which is strange to me, why is it necessary to wait to drop off your car for routine maintenance? At about 15 minutes I got up and spoke to a representative who said I was next in line. My service representative then apologized for the wait and helped me with the paper. Which’s took less than a few minutes. He apologized for the wait again and offered to expedite the service and have the car washed/detailed and sanitized which I agreed to. At 3:07 I received a call to come pick up the car (they close at 4) so there was no way I could make it to the dealership to pick up the car on time as I was busy doing errands all day so I asked to pick up the car the next day. Sunday morning I go to pick up the car and surprise - the car isn’t washed. Pretty disappointed with the service at this dealership. This is the second time they’ve made me either wait very long or not do what they said they would.

I have been looking for a vehicle for approximately 3 months and went to various dealerships including online dealerships in search of an auto. I generally encounter the stereotypical sales rep, including those with limited knowledge of the inventory on hand and the options of each vehicle. I am a very deliberate person, not prone to making snap decisions. When I find a prospective vehicle, I usually take a day or two to think about the purchase. In this situation, it was different. After declining a purchase at another dealership (not a BMW dealership), I went made a reservation with Daniel Jordan. Upon meeting him, I immediately realized that he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not the typical sales advisor. Knowledgeable to the point that it was almost scary. No human being can have that much knowledge about cars and the features contained in each individual cars without looking at the window sticker. 😄 He was patient and willing to explain the finer points of the vehicles. I bought my car (530e iPerformance) the same day and am very satisfied with the car and the purchase process. My daughter is contemplating a vehicle purchase, and if she decides on a BMW, I will most likely encourage her to bypass the dealership within a mile of her house) and make the 20 mile drive and work with Daniel. Thanks Daniel. Update on 7/23/2021: After two months and less than 1,000 miles, the "service" light came on. The service tech said it needed an oil change! I purchased a CPO car and one would expect that the dealer would have changed the oil. I was given some excuse that service is based on time/mileage so it was not done when the vehicle was traded in by the previous owner. Seem like they need to rethink their procedures. When one buys a CPO vehicle, there is a premium associated with the warranty and no one should be taking it in within 1,000 mile and getting hit with a "routine service" bill. Not impressed with this part of the deal and need to rethink about future purchases if there are going to be "hidden costs".

I asked about the i8 - one salesman laughed and walked off, the other said nobody has them and told me to go online. This was untrue, because later I ended up seeing on at another dealership. I think they're only interested in selling what's on the lot to make commission now, and not in telling me about models they don't have in front of me, or showing me information on their computer screens to get me interested in the features and everything, or being helpful by telling me where there is one somewhere and I'd go see it in person.

Bought a new X5 with the dealership. Everything was good until we found there are small spot of scratch and missing paint on the engine cover. The sales and her manager promised to arrange a free service for us to retouch and fix it at the purchase day. However , they disappeared and no longer replied to our inquiry after then. A luxury car dealer should never provide trash level services to any of their customer. BMW of Fremont, do you think letting your customer waiting for 2 hours and was told “ Sorry, I can’t help you with that” is considered an excellent service, now I am doing you a favor to share to the public. Nobody felt sorry for wasting the customer’s time. All I want was detail information regarding tire replacement. The story not end yet, I ordered my tire and about to replace it, I was told by the machinist they couldn’t find the anti-theft wheel bolt. I contacted the roadside service, they can’t do nothing and asked me to go back to the dealer to get the bolt. I went back to BMW of Fremont and told them the story, they told me to come back next day, they have to wait for the parts department to open and find the bolt for my car. All right, I contacted the sales who sold me the car, he texted me he didn’t know about this, and will contact the services advisor to follow up with me. And emphasizing the service advisor is very good at follow up with customer, guess what? Has Been 2 days already, no call no show no email, nothing! You are really thinking that halting your customer to replacing their leaking tire is not a safety issue! I have never had such a bad service from any dealer in my life!

After 2 years when I couldn’t renew my yearly maintenance plan which only expired 10-20 days before I took my car in for service. I have been given big list of things that needs to be done with estimate of around $7,000-$8,000. Some things were regular and other were out of ordinary because agency never brought those up when it was covered under maintenance plan.

Tried to get a service appointment and was told that the service was too early. Got a call 2 weeks later to schedule a service appointment. Really?!? Scheduled a service appointment that was supposed to be completed same day. It was not going to be completed same day and no loaner car to give. Charles @ Fremont BMW set up a rental car and got an Uber for my wife (she did the drop off) and said he would call us when it was done. Unfortunately Charles put the wrong address in and had my wife dropped off on Enterprise St. so now she is freaking out with a baby seat and her purse in a random industrial neighborhood because the Uber driver kicked her out. She waited 20 mins for another ride. Next day, no call. I called 3 times and left 2 messages. I received a text earlier in the day to “receive texts from Fremont BMW”. I didn’t answer because I thought I would get a call. Sent a “yes” text. Instant reply “Car’s ready” Retuned the car @ 4pm without refuel thinking they would cover for all the issues. Accidentally left the car seat in the rental. Had to turn around. They were about to close. Called again and was put on hold while I drive back and they look for Charles. Purposely stayed on hold to see if he would answer. Pulled in to service center and he is looking at his phone. Looks like they could not cover the 23$ for the issues. Thanks Kimberly Moore (service manager) and Courtney Moore (loaner manager) for the excellent service. Had service the previous time @ Steven Creek BMW and no issue. Probably go there next time. They would cover the 23$...

I was charged for Front and Rear Alignment and Suspension, to be included along with the regularly scheduled maintenance. The very next day, the warning message appeared, saying that the “tire pressure” was low! I had to call AAA for help! It was alarming and should NOT happen. YES! I called 1-2x the next 5 days to ask if they would check my trade in for a license plate frame I possibly left so that they could mail it back with the second set of keys. I called and left messages, talked to other folks to rely the message, voicemails and one person did an email blast on 3 perons- Nico, Marco, Harris. Not one responded. It wasnt until Friday I get an email-not even a pick up the phone and call me- in regards to the frame. I called again and got Nico who just got the car keys from service. Battery changes on the key fob takes 5 days apparently? I am physician and yes, I am dealing with human lives however I still have to respond in a timely way. The level of response to a customer is atrocious. Level up, folks. Its not a big ask to pick up the phone or just email. Apologies to Winnie, who got the brunt of it on that 5th day. When I asked for more on my trade in, they bring othe manager and dont even discuss it. I know my car was worth more but god forbid you go back and ask. They act like they have no say or control and just tell you 'no' off the bat. The only reason why I went with it was because I needed to be done that day. I know the market rate was more. They couldnt even go ask for $500 dollars more. They act like it was asking satan or autonation was this elusive god where they cant even ask. Learn to communicate beyond the word 'no'. At least try to execute the 'ask' of your customer

We really had a great experience with Brandon at Fremont BMW. We had just had our car serviced before leaving Oregon and we’re very surprised to see the check engine light on. Knowing that we had many, many miles to go before reaching our final destination, we were concerned about the problem. Brandon got us in and within two hours they had found the problem, fixed it at a reasonable cost and launched on the rest of our trip. Brandon treated us like we were the only customer he had and that made us feel good. While driving back from shopping just before Christmas, I noticed the “check engine light” came on. So I dropped my car off at the BMW of Fremont on my way home. As this happened on the Sunday evening before Christmas, the service department was closed but the sales staff at the location showed me how to use their night drop off box to leave my car there. The next morning around noon I received a call from their service manager who gave me a run down of their diagnostic progress. He kept me informed periodically from there and the work on my car was done in 2 days including an extra work of replacing rear tires. The service manager was pleasant and professional.

I had an issue with my BMW 740i and it was resolved to my satisfaction with absolutely no issues, full marks on that. However, customer service is something they need to work on. They took more than 30 minutes to get my car out and that too after repeated requests. I was getting late for an appointment and I did not expect that it will take me that long to get my car because I received a message that my car was ready. Worst part, instead of apologizing for the delay, people there were rude and when I asked to see the manager, she too was of little help. I wish people there are more customer focused and polite, that will go a long way.

I had a recall fixed. It took 2.5 hours so I was waiting in the lounge. I read part of a book, drank a cup of free coffee, read some more. Customer service, response to inquiries and sales department personnel were good, however, financing session had typical pressure to accept extra warranty. No time given to do research on warranty company reviews. After I accepted warranty, I did the research and discovered mostly bad reviews of the warranty company they use. Also, the CPO department was careless when installing new tires and I had to get tire pressure sensor replaced within a week of taking home car. In the end, they covered the cost, but it was inconvenient. This dealership has a huge inventory of cars and competitive pricing.

I made an unscheduled appointment for a faint coolant odor that I detected inside my 2019 X1 online and found the chat service very helpful. On the Saturday morning of the service, John was very professional and help us with a courtesy car. He followed up with a call to informed us about the diagnosis regarding an unusual leak that required replacing a part that needed to be order, which is under warranty, We had the courtesy car until Tuesday when we picked up my X1. I bought my car from Stevens Creek bmw and had a wonderful experience with the sales department. But service on the other hand was a different story there. I had my car for 2 weeks when the engine light came on. SC could get my car in quick but could not provide a loaner. They were all booked up. Ummm. I just bought my car. The engine light should not be on. I called Fremont and they were able to get me in quick as well and if a loaner car was not available they would of provided me with a rental. Charles was great! A car was provided. Turned out there’s was a glitch with a module in my car that was corrected. My car was finished overnight. The process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Review is for a service visit for a check engine light on a barely 2-year old BMW 530e. Set up the appointment via the AutoNation website - two no time at all. Got to the dealership about 10 minutes late but was treated very politely. Barely had to wait. Repair was done in a few hours - was a known issue with the radiator flaps in the front grill. The car was cleaned and ready for pick up. Overall, one of my most pleasant experiences dealing with any car repair.

For some time I have been having an issue with my 2015 535i, M Sport package. I brought my vehicle in for rattling/tapping noise when driving after had been in reverse (several videos on YouTube show others with the same issue and similar response when taking it to BMW for repairs) while still under warranty. The dealership claimed they could not repeat my issue. After several trips to the dealer ship trying to get them to diagnose my issue I was still being told "they cannot reproduce the issue." Over several visits naturally my CPO warrant expired and the dealership had asked me to record the the issue on video. So I did. After the mechanic viewed the recordings they agreed the shuttering/vibration/rattle wasn't normal yet claimed they could not reproduce the issue and therefore could not fix it. I am truly at a loss. So do I purchase the parts (recommenced from others online with similar issues) and replace them my self? Or do I feel the vehicle and turn my back for good on BMW like they have my issue? I guess only I can make that decision. I must say that although my issue still exists after several trips back and forth to the dealership and wasted time for both the dealership and I, the customer service I received was excellent. However, what good is customer service if the product is problem ridden? The dealership did go about and beyond to try and accommodate me and help me. However, the help I need is the issue to be resolved.

Took 6 months of calls to dealership to finally get appointment then when I got in touch with the service manager Kim she makes me an appointment. Then I get there and she has the nerve to say my maintenance expired in June. Mind you I have been calling every other month. I didn’t argue but she could have honored the last free maintenance. I know how much it costs since I did buy a BMW. The customer service care and experience has gone down. The only reason why I came here before was for the top tier customer service. That isn’t the case anymore. I live in Santa Clara for that and I am not receiving that anymore so why should I go all the way to Fremont to get treated poorly. I’ll go back to Stevens Creek BMW and take my chances.

I was told by the sales lady that the A/C needed to be fixed and that they would fix it. I asked if I can buy the car that same day and bring it back at a later date to have it fixed. She asked the service manager and they said yes. When I got there, the sales lady had to leave. So I mentioned what her and I discussed to the used car manager, and he said no. So I guess this is my fault, I should have waited till the A/C was fixed before I picked up the car.

Service was impeccable. You pull up, you get out, you wait in a nice waiting area with enough room to stand or sit 6ft apart... they tell you it will be 30 minutes but it was shorter... I dropped my car off, and was in communication with Jeff the entire time. Due to Covid-19 the service department was a little behind so they had to keep my car until Monday. I got loaner and was called on Monday to pick up my car. I got there Monday and was done in less than 10 minutes and back into my car. Best service ever! Jeff was great to work with.

I insisted to them that this has never been a problem for my car. Why is it now after this service (March 20, 2019)?They refuse to do anything about it. My 2014 650i grand coupe has been a complete nightmare. Since Aug I have been to Fremont bmw 4 times for the O2 sensor extended warranty issue since aug and they have replaced it all 4 times . At this point I don't know what to do or is this car a lemon. Paying $700 a month to drive a defective car is unbelievable. I got it with 37000 miles now at 50k and this car has problems more then my 2000 Toyota with 300k miles on it . Toby and Kim as services managers are not effective. Every time I call or ask to speak to them they are always in meetings or find an excuse to have the service rep deal with me instead what’s the point of a service manager if you don’t want to listen to your customers voice and the experience they are having . Very bad experience begin with purchase, the sales push us to buy the tire and wheel warranty, and told us we could change the tire for no reason with $50 payment. But the truth is Not. We brought our car to a BMW service department due to a nail on the tire today, the advisor said, if your tire is old then the warranty doesn’t cover. And on the service quote sheet, it says the tire last 50k miles, it doesn’t at all! My tire only runs 30k sth. This Is Cheating the customer!!! No more buying BMW again!

Horrible! My 2017 330 needed its coolant repaired. After that was done, the AC no longer works. I called and was told I could walk in on a Monday afternoon. When I got there, the rep at the service station had no idea what to do and did not know anything about how to fix cars. Told me that I needed a service appointment. Fair enough. I made an appointment THREE weeks ago to have roof rails put on my new BMW I purchased at this dealership. I get to my appointment at 10am, and am told they're running behind. After waiting 35 minutes I ask what is happening, and they say there is still one person ahead of me. After 50 minutes a service person finally calls my name. She says she has to check on the part. Guess what?? They don't have the part!! Seriously?!? I have now wasted 55 minutes to hear they can't help me today. I am LIVID. I realize it is not the service person's fault, but a complete lack of organization at this dealership. The head of the service department is standing next to me, and hears this mess. She did not apologize, or even make eye contact with me. Between driving to and from, and wasting one hour here, I am ANGRY. I would not suggest using this BMW service department

Service Rep attempted to close service tab with additional problems that was not present prior having car serviced. Eventually rep decided to resolve check light icons since I asked him to. When picking up car, attitude was not appropriate and actually gave me wrong paperwork of another customer’s confidential info. Rep was rushing to close and go home it seem like. They can not fix any car problems, on top of that they will damage your car, either putting on scratches (I believed they drove my car when my car was being fixed and hit something !!) or ruin other parts. I had my X5 recall service done in BMW of Fremont. The recall service is fine. I got both airbags replaced. However, I asked for replacement of my key battery, they forget to change . So I am still not able to use key to control. And also, after the service, I am not able to hear the click when turning off gas lid, and the engine warning light started turning on on dashboard.

Before I booked my service I mention my car showing ; Parking light malfunction , break not working properly , and regular service. When I picked up my car was still dirty they don’t even bother to vacuum in my car , neither they fix my parking light . They said they check everything and all is good and when I start my car it showed no air in tyre I wonder how they check and said all is good . Any way I experience very bad service I won’t go again for sure . I need to find another bmw service center for my car .

The service department came through for me last Saturday 2-2-19 for the blow motor recall repair. I was told that my car wasn't ready after the 2 hours I was told it would take. Then at 10a.m. I was told my car would be ready by 5:00. They contacted me much sooner which was more convenient and I didn't have to pick up my car the next day (the thought of leaving it at their facility overnight made me nervous). I was a happy BMW owner. Plus they told me my car was in great shape, great news! Then when I went to my car, Chris (the maintenance rep.) noticed my car had not been vacuumed and mentioned just to let him know when I have time to come back for a complete detailing. Now that's customer service!

Had a good car buying experience. I found a pre owned Z4 that I liked online and emailed BMW Fremont. I had purchased my previous car here as well. Calvin responsed and assisted us and we drove down the see it in person. We took the car for a spin and loved it. The trade in value was lower than expected, but we signed the paperwork, waited a little while and were on our way. The only thing is.. where’s my gift? Last time I purchased a pre owned car here I received a ton of BMW goodies...Maybe they’re on the way? I did send an email asking for new front car mats as the ones in the car look ragged and I think for the price we paid that should be included. I am waiting for a response. Al in all, a smooth process!

My car had some noise from the window and the wipes, and the brake within warranty period. I dropped off the car and got the loaner car which was reserved a few days ago. They replaced my wipes, fixed the window noise, and told me the brake needs to be replaced a little bit later because it still has some time to wear it out. I am happy about Nick who provides excellent care and and Inlike the Technitian who met me in person to see the problem.

As I post this, I realize we may be the extreme end of the spectrum where sales people become disrespectful, folks get fired (or almost), customer gets treated like $hit and you have a horrible experience that burns you for life. I am talking dishonoring the deals quoted , backtracking on promises made by their own sales person, and highest authority within this establishment and locking up the premises while the frustrated customer is trying to exit! And to top this, all this drama took place while I was 1 day into recovery at the local hospital after a c section. We were lured into BMW when we weren’t even considering BMW by offering an ugmmazzing deal (that clearly didn’t exit). So surprised, annoyed and disrespected at the hands of BMW Fremont. Shame!

Had a pleasant experience tho we feel pressured on the offers they recommend and the person who supposed to walk thru the car with us is not available so we went home with anxiety the tire pressure is lighted and we cannot fix it until we have to go back to the dealer and found out that it needs configuration and have to wait for the sensor part that needs ordering. A little bit dissapointed but knowing that i am getting a reliable car i feel good.

I recently traded in an older 328i for a CPO 428i xDrive at BMW of Fremont. It was tricky as I don't live in the area, and had very limited time to spend at the dealership to conclude the transaction. Everyone at BMW of Fremont, from the sales staff to management to the back office, worked hard to make this transaction as smooth & efficient as possible. Above all, the pricing was very fair - both the asking price for the 428 and the value offered for the trade-in. Alot of dealers CLAIM they offer "no BS, no haggle pricing", but then they open with prices which are way out of line according to KBB. I really appreciate that BMW of Fremont did not play this game. They respected my time and worked hard to earn my business. Overall great experience and great value, thank you!

Do not take your car here. I once had a bmw a couple of years ago and took it here for a recall on a fuel pump. When I got the car back it was acting weird so my dad was on his way to take it back when the whole car lit up on fire. My poor dad almost got burned. The manager basically told us that the insurance would take care of it and played a game as if he cared and was going to do what was right. Lucky for me my insurance took care of me but after they burned my car down Fremont bmw didn’t even try to do anything to make up for almost killing us. If you saw my car you definitely would not be wanting to get a family car from them. Unfortunately I can only post one pic of my car but at least you can see what happens when you take your car to Fremont for a fuel pump

This was the first time I took my car to BMW of Fremont. I was very surprised by the service. My service manager, Anthony was great! When I went to drop off my car for service and get a loaner, the entire process took 15 minutes! During the few days that my car was there, I received updated text messages on the status of my car. I finally picked up my car yesterday. Process was super fast, my car had been cleaned, turned on with AC while I was going through check out. I usually go to the Pleasanton BMW, but won't be any more. Very happy with my experience.

I purchased a used Subaru Legacy from BMW Fremont on December 23, 2017 for my daughter. Since she was going to be living out of state at college I decided to purchase an extended warranty for $3,490. Yuriy was the finance representative. I was told by him that this was absolutely refundable as long as I let them know to refund it by December 28, 2017. Also, while I could have paid cash for the entire car, since the financing rate was so low, I decided to finance a portion of the purchase price. I was told at the time of purchase that if I decided not to proceed with the warranty, then it would reduce the principal by that same amount. The same evening I purchased the car I went to the Subaru dealership around the corner from BMW Fremont. I was able to purchase a better warranty directly from them for $2,500. So that same evening (December 23rd) I informed BMW (via message and email) that I had purchased the warranty from Subaru and if they couldn't beat the price then to refund the amount. Since they did not confirm with a price to beat it, I again reminded them December 27th to refund the amount. Yuriy responded via email on December 27 that he would "get the cancellation of the policy today". He never did. January 4th he responded via email saying that he had been very busy and was just then sending me the cancellation form. I completed it, scanned it and emailed it back January 5th. I received an email from him saying "Thank you, the money for the warranty will go to the bank you will be credited 3490.00 towards total amount financed, so your final invoice will be 11054.67 pus interested." Keep in mind this was before the first payment was due to SafeAmerica (the credit source arranged by BMW Fremont), so if they had refunded properly at that time there wouldn't have been further complications. This seemed cut and dry, but it is now March 20th and this still hasn't occurred, even after my talking to Yuriy's supervisor Sean on the phone (and sending him the documents via email again) on January 22nd who only at that time told me it could take a few weeks to process. Since then, even after more repeated attempts and even informing BMW I would be submitting this to the BBB, no one contacted me to confirm resolution. I submitted to BBB today. Will see what happens. Conclusion: Do not do business with BMW Fremont. I assumed that because it is BMW they would have some integrity and sense of customer service. However, they have not had either of those, even in a clear cut documented case.

Anyways we ignored his behavior thinking every office will have one such person. When we left the showroom we were promised that auto detailing will be done for the CPO car based on reservation available. There was a Tire pressure notification in the car and when asked it was told that its just air in the tire and they will fix it. Jan 29th 2018: Got an email from sales executive on availability for dropping the car for auto detailing so that she can arrange the loaner car. We agreed upon a date of Feb 2nd 2018. Meanwhile there was problem with tire pressure so we fixed the air pressure thinking its air problem. Feb 02/02: When I went to drop the car, no one responded properly for getting a loaner car mentioning that no one requested for a loaner car. I had to show them my email to the executive that I needed a loaner car. They made us wait for 45 minutes before they can figure out that mistake is on their part to not set the loaner car. It was promised that the auto detailing will be done in maximum of 3 days. Feb 02/06: I email the sales executive and get an answer that she will update me in a day but did not get any update. Feb 02/08: I email the sales executive and get an answer that she was out of office on personal emergency and she will get an update from the manager. Later she mails mentioning the car will be ready to be picked up by 02/10. Feb 02/10: I email the sales executive asking for her manager's contact as there is no update. Feb 02/12: I got an email from sales executive with her manager's included in the CC still requesting for an update. No update. Feb 02/13: I email to the manager's asking for the update. No response. Feb 02/13: A manager emails apologizing for the delay and asking to pick up the car by 02/15. Feb 02/15: When I walked into the show room to pick up the car, NO DETAILING WAS DONE ON THE CAR. THEY DINT FIX ANY MAJOR THINGS WE ASKED THEM TO FIX. INSTEAD THEY CREATED MORE PROBLEM WITH COLOR WAXING. When I showed my disappointment the manager promised that he will leave an update the next day before noon. Feb 02/16: I did not get an email as promised by the manager until I emailed them asking for the status. He then replies mentioning that they can't fix the car here and have to take to their body shop. I express my frustration on the delay. Feb 02/17: I get an email to come and pick up the car. Feb 02/18: I had to go the show room meet another manager and he was getting my car out. THEY DID NOT EVEN WASHED THE CAR. I YELLED AT THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WIL HAVE IT CAR WASHED. AFTER THE CAR WASH WHEN I WAS CHECKING THE CAR NOTICED THAT NEW SCRATCHES WERE MADE WHEN FIXING THE OLD ONES AND THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR WAS SPOILED WITH WHITE PAINT OR SOME LIQUID WHICH WAS ALL OVER THE STEERING AND LEATHER SEAT WAS DAMAGED. THEY DINT WASH THE CAR FULLY. ONLY THE HOOD WAS WASHED. I left an email to the manager asking for next level manager so that I can discuss the matters, HE DID NOT RESPOND YET. HE DID NOT EVEN CARE TO RESPOND TILL DATE. I left the showroom with the car in frustration. Feb 02/19: Tire pressure problem again and I have to fix it. Feb 02/20: Tire pressure problem again and took the show room. THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ME PROPERLY FOR THEM ITS NOT A SALES PROBLEM ANY MORE, THEY IMMEDIATELY SAY ITS A SERVICE PROBLEM. They verified and said no problem just air pressure. After I go to office park and then start at the evening now all the 4 types show tire pressure. Now I have another appointment with them for monday to fix the tire pressure. Please stay away ! There is no less than one start rating if so I would have given -5 for this showroom.

Kenny, my sales rep, and the the accounts rep (sorry forgot his name) were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The Fremont BMW service dept is efficient, helpful and friendly. When they say 2 hour wait for oil change plus a car wash, it was exactly 2 hours. The waiting area is spacious and clean. There are leather chairs to relax in or tables for you to do work. Free coffee and tea is always appreciated. Thank you Fremont BMW!

Shocking!. I called ahead as l was driving to BMW Fremont on the freeway. I spoke with Mr. Santo. I told him my name, and what I was looking for. I told him my credit score which was 790 and I had leased two prior vehicles. I told him I was a business owner with a great payment history for 6 years and it is time to turn my vehicle in. Mr Santos told me ( and I quote ), YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU). When I drove into BMW Fremont, Mr Santos approached me with a wonderful smile, firm handshake and instantly took me to my new beautiful BMW. As women it was the best experience I have ever had when trying to purchase a vehicle. I actually felt safe. Thanks to the whole team, I really do feel like family. I actually drove off with my new BMW with tears in my eyes.

I came up to Fremont from Southern California to get an X5 from these guys. They were so supportive and bent over backwards to get my requests met. I find these guys very trustworthy. I traded in my old 2009 X5 and they gave me a decent trade-in price even though the car needed tires. I came to them after having a less than great experience at other dealerships and was happy to find a no-nonsense experience. I would highly recommend this group to others.

My car recently needed a bit of attention under warranty for some interior issues. My SA was Aaron Ginn and he was very professional. He took the time to explain what needed to happen and that my car would need to be kept overnight. I had requested a loaner which was available. In the end my car was kept for a couple of days but with the loaner that wasn't an issue for me. I was also happy to see that I could communicate with my SA by email which is often more convenient for me than phone. Overall Aaron went out of his way to make sure that my experience was smooth and hassle free. There should be a "N/A" button for the price question, because this was a warranty repair. Probably the most important thing is as a result of my experience, I will be returning the next time my car needs attention.

I came in for a routine car service check to make sure my car was up to date. After the first day, Mike shared that the car had three oil leaks and would require more service. Even though the time frame changed, he made sure the car was in top condition and washed the car again since it had been out for a while.

BEWARE OF YOUR LEASE BUYOUTS! They will rip your heads off by charging you a very hefty reconditioning fee and make you buy tires (not needed) so that they can charge you the "certification fee"! Also, call BMW financial and find out what your ACTUAL payoff amount is!! YOUR PAYOFF AMOUNT IS NOT YOUR RESIDUAL AMOUNT! My residual was $61k but the actual pay off amount to buy the car was only $55000!!! So what CALVIN (the crooked internet salesman) did was telling me that he can sell me my car for $59900 + fees...which he made it sound like a super deal since it's less than my $61k residual. He lied and said he can certify my car (a $1500 premium) but I have to spend another $2500 on new tires and if not then they can't get it certified. on it and certify it (which he charged me over $2000) so that i can have a FREE warranty (only powertrain and the maintenance is not included). LIES LIES LIES. Typical sleezy salesmen tactics. I could have owned my 7 series for $55000 + tax/lic and financed it through my own credit union at a much lower interest %. Instead I ended up paying $59900+$1500+$2500+tax/lic. So I paid $63900 + tax/lic when I could have paid $55000 + tax/lic. THAT IS $8900 OF MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. I was way overcharged and was lied to from the get go. These liars made me feel like I was buying sand in the middle east. I should have known better and listened to my gut when I walked in. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to SF BMW or Peter Pan BMW instead. I would give a zero star if i had the choice. You have been warned.

Great service from Rich and team. Car had a unexpected cooling issue. He got me towed in, checked in and out the door in a loaner fast. Service took 4 days (estimated at 5 days) and car works great.

Aaron & Toby (service manager) are the best!! They really took care of me and my car :) There are a lot of cars that come into this service center, but they handle it all so well. I really couldn't ask for anyone better to cover all my needs. I drive 2 hrs to get there, sometimes more and I pass three other BMW's on the way. I have never had better service than at BMW of Fremont. My car looks and feels great. I wouldn't go anywhere else! `

I've got to say I'm impressed. As a car buff, I usually buy privately but this time just for fun my partner and I decided to try some dealerships. The BMW X1 we were looking for is in short supply on the used market. (Which is a good sign -- their owners like them.) After a couple of false starts we ended up at BMW of Fremont, located by the Auto Mall Parkway just off 880. They had a nice selection to choose from. When we found the right combination of colors and options, the very accommodating, no-pressure sales representative let us loose on our own to evaluate this little SUV's abilities around town and on the freeway. We were won over. But the best was yet to come. Instead of haggling, we ended up agreeing on an excellent price. (Later that evening I found out it undercut Consumer Reports' estimate for the same configuration by a couple thousand dollars!) And, by purchasing through a BMW dealership, we had the benefit of acquiring extended coverage of the car's mechanicals. After a week we're happier than ever with our X1 and would heartily recommend BMW of Fremont to anyone in the Bay Area.
